By purchasing, activating, or using any Ultra 8K OTT subscription plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These terms apply to all users of the Ultra 8K OTT service, regardless of the device, platform, or channel through which the service was purchased (including WhatsApp and email orders).

Ultra 8K OTT is an IPTV streaming service providing access to:

• 40,000+ live TV channels from around the world in Ultra 8K, 4K, FHD, HD, and SD quality.
• 200,000+ Video on Demand (VOD) titles including movies and documentaries.
• 100,000+ TV series updated regularly with new releases.
• Live sports, PPV events, news, and entertainment across 170 countries.
• Electronic Programme Guide (EPG), M3U, and Xtream Code support.

The service is delivered via internet streaming and requires a stable internet connection. Content availability may vary by region due to licensing restrictions beyond our control.

Ultra 8K OTT offers the following subscription plans, all with instant activation:

• 1 Month — $15 / 30 Days
• 3 Months — $25 / 90 Days
• 6 Months — $35 / 180 Days
• 12 Months — $59 / 360 Days

All payments must be completed in full before activation. Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to the credentials issued at activation. Prices are subject to change; any changes will not affect active subscriptions.

Your Ultra 8K OTT subscription is granted for personal, non-commercial use only. You are permitted to:

• Stream content on your personal devices for private viewing.
• Use the service across compatible devices listed on our platform.
• Access all channels, VODs, and series included in your subscription plan.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund:

• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your credentials to any third party.
• Using the service for commercial purposes, public screenings, or broadcast.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or tamper with our streaming infrastructure.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape content.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse trial offers or promotions.
• Using the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your username and password private and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Ultra 8K OTT will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Ultra 8K OTT strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime across all servers. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. The following may affect service availability:

• Scheduled maintenance (communicated in advance where possible).
• Internet service provider (ISP) issues on the user's end.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or infrastructure failures beyond our control.
• Temporary channel outages due to third-party broadcast source issues.

All content streamed through Ultra 8K OTT, including but not limited to channels, movies, series, and broadcast feeds, is the intellectual property of their respective owners and content providers.

Ultra 8K OTT does not claim ownership of any third-party content. You acknowledge that:

• You may not download, record, reproduce, or redistribute any streamed content.
• Screen recording or capturing streamed content for redistribution is strictly prohibited.
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed within the service belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ultra 8K OTT shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from service interruptions.
• Damages caused by unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure credentials.
• Content accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party broadcast sources.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

Ultra 8K OTT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, if:

• You violate any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity is detected.
• Your account is found to be involved in credential sharing or reselling.
• We are required to do so by applicable law or legal authority.

Upon termination for a violation, no refund will be issued. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to the service provider's location.

Ultra 8K OTT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted and take effect immediately. Significant changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email or WhatsApp.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.
